our pre-designed pieces or if you want to create your
own unique design. Your decision will determine our
next step.
Please
remember when you are exploring our site that all
of our pieces can be customized to your colors, layout,
text style and size.
Once
you have chosen the design you are interested in or
decided that you would like us to create a piece totally
unique to you, fill out the appropriate order form
and submit it electronically. If you would rather
print and fill out the form by hand and fax it please
click here.

This
is where the fun begins! After we receive your completed
Order Form we will then contact you to discuss your
stationery needs, based on what you are ordering we
will then begin to design the layout, the proofs are
then posted on a web page for you to review along
with the quote for each one.
We
work closely with you to ensure your vision is achieved,
a new proof will post with every new change, until
you consider the piece to be perfect.
Once
you have chosen your layout you will receive a Final
Proof Form that must be signed and submitted, we also
request that you make a deposit of 50% of your quoted
price to begin print and production.

Once
we receive your deposit and the signed Final Proof
Form we go to Print and Production!
The
price quotes that were given to you with your online
proofs will also have an estimated production time.
Some orders take 3-5 business days while some take
4-6 weeks, it all depends on the nature and complexity
of your design as well as any additional services
requested i.e. addressing envelopes, full services,
etc.
When
we are done production you will receive an e-mail
requesting payment of the Balance Due. Once payment
is received we will ship your order directly to
you and e-mail you the tracking number.
